A microwave oven is provided to suppress a radiated noise and to maintain excellent electric connection although a gap between a magnetron device and a cabinet is changed. A microwave oven has a magnetron device(14); a conductive heating chamber(13) to which electromagnetic waves are supplied; a conductive chassis(11) to which the conductive heating chamber is attached; and a conductive cabinet(12) constituting a housing(10) covering the magnetron device and the conductive heating chamber together with the conductive chassis. The magnetron device comprises a magnetron pipe having an input part and a positive pole part; a conductive yoke(16a) constituting a part of a magnetic circuit for forming a magnetic field in the magnetron pipe; a conductive filter box(16b) receiving the input part of the magnetron pipe; and a conductive radiator cooling the magnetron pipe. At least one of the conductive yoke, the conductive filter box, and the conductive radiator is electrically connected to the positive pole part and the cabinet.
