<p>A slider system (1300) have been developed to aid in the spacing between read/write heads (1320) and the storage medium (1310), and a grating antenna amplifier (1110) has been developed to improve illumination spot size and polarization characteristics. The grating antenna (1110) can be attached to a grayscale slider (1130) to obtain a distance between the illumination spot (1150) and antenna (1110) that lies in the near field region.</p> |
