A veranda with an emergency escape apparatus is provided to escape safely to the downstairs or upstairs through an emergency escape room in a fire, and to let others know by ringing an emergency alarm if a trespasser opens an emergency exit door. The veranda with an emergency escape apparatus contains an emergency exit installed on the concrete bottom of a veranda(1) to be penetrated vertically, an emergency exit door(5) provided with a knob and installed on the emergency exit to be opened and closed, a sensor installed on the emergency exit to sense if the emergency exit door(5) opens or closes and to ring an emergency alarm, a partition(7) installed on one side of the veranda(1) with the emergency exit, an emergency escape room(8) formed to a space of the veranda(1), an emergency escape room door(10) provided with a door lock capable of only locking up at the veranda side and installed on the partition(7) to be opened toward the emergency escape room(8), stairs(12) provided with a handrail(11) and installed in the emergency escape room(8), and a daylight aperture installed on the front wall of the emergency escape room(8). |
