The pulser (10) has high pressure and low pressure air zones defined inside and outside of a volute (14), respectively. A deflector ring (22) has an air gap (25) arranged between a convex inner region (22a) and a concave edge (16b) of a blade (16) of a centrifugal turbine (12). Thickness of the air gap is less than 3 mm so that leaks by air recirculation from the high pressure zone (10b) towards the low pressure zone are null. An independent claim is also included for a ventilating, heating and/or air conditioning appliance for the cab interior of a motor vehicle, having a pulser.
