<p>A tissue culture vessel includes opposed top and bottom walls and sidewalls extending between the top and bottom walls. The top wall is formed with a septum aperture and a resealable septum is mounted in the septum aperture to permit access to interior regions of the tissue culture vessel by a medical device for accessing tissue grown in the vessel. The top wall may also include a membrane aperture and a membrane may be mounted in the membrane aperture for providing gas communication to interior portions of the tissue culture vessel. <IMAGE></p>
