PURPOSE: A method for producing a health supplementary food by slowly heating a mullet with Zizyphi Fructus, Zingiberis Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix is provided. The food is free from a fishy smell and effective for the improvement of the human health. CONSTITUTION: In a method for producing a health supplementary food, 16kg of mullets are heated with a suitable amount of Zizyphi Fructus, Zingiberis Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix for about 17hr in a pressure cooker to give an extract. And then oil floated on the surface of the extract is removed. |
