摘要 When an aluminum product is preheated to about 500°C in preheating furnace (6) before flux brazing of the aluminum product in a heating furnace, the heating time for brazing the aluminum product through heating the same in a continuous-atmosphere furnace including preheating furnace (6) and heating furnace (8) can be shortened by not only convecting nitrogen atmosphere in the preheating furnace (6) by means of fan (15) so as to increase heat efficiency but also bringing oxygen introduced in the preheating furnace (6) as disturbance and diffused into the nitrogen atmosphere by means of the fan (15) into contact and reaction with furnace inside wall (11), formed from a carbonaceous material, of the preheating furnace to thereby generate CO so that the oxygen concentration of nitrogen atmosphere can be maintained at low level. Thus, the brazing can be performed with higher economic efficiency than in the prior art.
