<p>The invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular, to a method for the continuous vacuumization of liquid alloy and can be used for processing ferrous and non-ferrous alloys in continuous castingthereof . A method for the continuous vacuumization of liquid alloy involves vacuumization of melt in the chamber with lifting and emptying fittings and partition, having orifice, at that the melt processed in the vacuum-chamber is supplied along the emptying fitting continuously to the crystallizer or receiving cup thereof , and the rate of the alloy pouring is adjusted by the value of residual pressure in the chamber and the size of filling fitting orifice. The invention provides deeper refining or modifying alloys at the stage of filling thereof and increase of strength and plastic characteristics of obtained alloy.</p> |
