A method for coating surfaces of cast iron and aluminium products is provided to avoid damaging a coating layer of products for a long time, which solves problems like bubble generation and crack on the surface resulting from moisture on a heat-treatment. The method for coating the surfaces of cast iron and aluminium products consists of: a step of grinding(S10) and washing(S12) the surfaces of 1st finished products; a step(S14) of coating the surface of the washed product with epoxy-based paints; a step(S16) of heating the first coated product at 100-220deg.C for 15-35 minutes; a step(S18) of puttying and finishing the surface of the thermal-treated product; a step(S20) of coating the surface of the finished product with urethane-based paints; and a step(S24) of heating the surface of the coated product at lower temperature than the temperature of the first heat-treatment step. It is preferable to carry out the third urethane coating(S22) after completing the second coating(S20) to be finished.
