摘要 The present invention relates to material for optical temperature relays that can be used in systems for controlling temperature in explosive, flammable, or radioactive environment. As the said material, solid solution is used that is based on copper iodide-pentatiophosphate Cu6P(S1-xSex)5I at 0 < x < 0.25. The advantage of the proposed material is a possibility to extend the operating temperature range within which double light refraction is ensured while contracting the range in which the concentration of selenium (Se) atoms changes.
