METHODS FOR ISOLATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES POSSESSING ANTIULCEROUS, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY, AND MEMBRANE-STABILIZING ACTIVITY

The invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, namely to the methods for isolation of the biologically active substances and their complexes with antiulcerous, anti-inflammatory and membrane-stabilizing activity from the raw material of plant origin. The method for isolation of the biologically active substances consists in the aqueous extraction of the leaves of the European filbert or the European hornbeam or their mixture. The leaves are reduced to the particles of 0.5-1.0 mm in size and are extracted with the water warmed to 50-60°C at an optimal raw material : extractant ratio of (1-10) : (1-15). The time of the extraction is 4-5 hours. The total extract is concentrated in vacuum and dried in vacuum oven until the removal of the residual extractant.
