Invention relates to tea and/or refeshing instant drinks in solid form as agiomerated powder, granules or efervescent tablets and granules, that are prepared by dispersing or dissolving in cold or warm water with procedures for obtaining thereof. Instant drinks, instant teas, instant tea drinks, aromatizing instant teas aromatizing instant tea drinks in solid form, include, separately or in combination, incorporated (technologically treated) powder, thickened or liquid, water and/or water-alcoholic herbal extracts and/or aroma agents with fruit flavor and/or agents for taste correction and/or ascorbic acid and one or combination of dispersable and/or soluble bearers in warm or cold water. From the chosen technological procedures for obtaining and production of solid forms of drinks is achieved a porous structure of aglomerated powder and/or granules to provide quick and simple dispersing or dissolving in warm or cold water, i.e. by application of acid-basic combination of eferverscent system for quick decomposing and dispersing or dissolving of the tablets. |
