A pedal apparatus of a vehicle is provided to prevent an ankle of a driver from being injured in protruding a pedal arm into a leg room by turning the pedal arm forward in striking a lever by deforming a vehicle body at a head-on collision. A pedal apparatus of a vehicle is composed of a bracket(14) fixed to a dash panel of the vehicle, a pedal arm(2) turned and combined with the bracket, and a lever(7) connected to the pedal arm to apply rotational force to the pedal arm. The pedal arm is turned forward by striking the lever with a deformed striking part at a head-on collision. The pedal arm is composed of a first pin(4) and a second pin(5) turned and combined with the bracket, mounted to a pad and arranged in parallel with the first pin. The lever is composed of a third pin(3) rotated and combined with the bracket, a hook connected to the second pin and a collision part bumped into the striking part. |
