Compounds of the formula:or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof, where each of n and p independently is 2 or 3, Y is -SO2- or -SO2-N(R<10>)-, Z<1 >is CH or N, and R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7>, R<8>, R<9 >and R<10 >are as defined herein. The compounds have selective 5-HT6 affinity and are useful in the treatment of certain CNS disorders. Also provided are compositions comprising, methods for using, and methods for preparing Compounds of Formula I.
