ANTIBODY FOR SULFAMETHAZINE AND ANALYSIS METHOD OF SULFAMETHAZINE

A monoclonal antibody against sulfamethazine and a method for detecting sulfamethazine using the same antibody are provided, thereby accurately detecting infection of sulfamethazine in food within a short period. The monoclonal antibody against sulfamethazine is provided. A hybridoma cell 1H11-5(KCTC 10507BP) produces the monoclonal antibody against sulfamethazine. A method for producing the monoclonal antibody against sulfamethazine comprises the steps of: (a) conjugating sulfamethazine with a carrier to prepare an immunogen of sulfamethazine; (b) immunizing an animal with the immunogen of sulfamethazine to produce the antibody producing animal; (c) producing an antibody against sulfamethazine from the animal, and fusing the antibody against sulfamethazine with a myeloma cell to produce the hybridoma cell; and (d) injecting the bybridoma cell into the abdominal cavity of an animal to obtain the monoclonal antibody against sulfamethazine from the animal tissue, wherein the carrier is a protein selected from bovine serum albumin, ovalbumin, Keyhole limpet hemocyanin and bean trypsin inhibitor.
