A compound swivel device for automatically discharging the residual materials of excavation is provided to improve the working speed and efficiency by executing an excavation work and discharging the residual materials of excavation simultaneously and to use regardless of dry or submerged type swivel device. In the compound swivel device(10) for automatically discharging the residual materials of excavation, a case(14) is fixed to the lower part of a Kelly bar by a connector(12), a rotary shaft(18) installed in the case(14) is coupled with a working tool to be rotated, a guide(16) which moves along a wall surface of an excavation spot is coupled to a case(14) to prevent the rotation of the case(14), an inlet(22) of a discharge passage(28) is installed in the rotary shaft(18) to rotate together with the rotary shaft(18) to make the compressed air flew in from an air compressor discharge the residual materials of excavation automatically through a discharge passage(28), and an outlet(32) of the discharge passage(28) is fixed to the case(14) to discharge the residual materials of excavation to the outside.
