A method for filling ink in a package print apparatus and its washing method are provided to automatically compensate for ink by installing a pump for transporting ink. A method for filling ink in a package print apparatus is provided with an apparatus for automatically filling ink in package print apparatus including an ink tank(6), an open and close valve(11), a main valve(1), a fluid controlling valve(6), a hose(22), a pump chamber(5), a buffer vessel(26), a plurality of pump switches, and a manipulating panel. All valves are closed. Ink is filled in the ink valve(16). Air of an ink supplying line is discharged. If the air is completely discharged, the pump stops. Ink is normally filled in the buffer vessel(26) by turning on the switches.
