A method and a system for protection of transport facility ensure their protection with operating or inoperative engine. In this case, the protection of transport facility with operating engine the system ensures with the key or without the key of access, which is used to start the engine. This execution of protection system allows to enlarge the functionality and to increase the efficiency of protection of transport facility.
