The invention relates to non-preventive explosives designed for explosive destruction of rocks in pit-faces of mine openings, pit and mines being not dangerous relative to gas and coal dust explosion, and also for use in open pits. The industrial explosive contains (% by weight) ammonium nitrate (62.0-68.0), trotyl (4.0-7.5), hexogen (21.5-26.5), aluminium powder (4.5-7.5) and retarder (the rest). The retarder being used of processing hexogen consists of a mixture of fatty acids and fusible hydrocarbons, and the ratio of retarder to hexogen is in the range between 3:97 and 7:93. As the mixture of fatty acids palmitic and stearic acids are used, and as fusible hydrocarbons wax, paraffin and ceresin are used. The invention allows to reduce sensitivity to mechanical impacts and friction.
