SYSTEM FOR REMOVAL OF FINE COPPER FROM WASTE COVERED WIRE

A system for removing fine copper from waste wire covers is provided to discriminate a fine metal mixture from a fine non-metal mixture with high efficiency by optimizing a width ratio of a negative electrode to a positive electrode. A conveyor(1) transfers a subject of fine copper and cut waste wire covers to a negative electrode(2). The negative electrode(2) transfers the subject supplied from the conveyor(1) by using a vibrator(3) provided at a lower portion thereof. Negative power is supplied to the negative electrode(2). A positive electrode(4) has a predetermined width which is equal to or greater than that of the negative electrode(2). Positive portion is supplied to the positive electrode(4). A separation plate(5) is positioned at a center between the negative electrode(2) and the positive electrode(4) with a predetermined distance from them. The separation plate(5) separates the fine copper and cut waste wire covers from the subject.
