A suspension of a vehicle for improving tread force of a wheel is provided to interlock two wheels in moving up and down a vehicle body by connecting left and right suspension arms, and to maintain the wheel horizontally to the surface of the road by restricting the wheel from moving up in inclining the vehicle body. A suspension of a vehicle is composed of a link(5) turned and connected to a vehicle body(1), an upper suspension arm(4) turned and connected to the link by a rotating connection part(41) and combined with an axle, a first tie bar(6) connected to the upper suspension arm and the other link, and a second tie bar(7) connected to the link and the other upper suspension arm. Impact is decreased and transmitted by a hydraulic cylinder and elastic damping force of a spring in transmitting impact from the axle through the upper suspension arm and the link to the vehicle body.
