A device for manufacturing artificial snow by using a cylindrical cooling case are provided to maximize an area of a cooling plate and lower temperature of a snowing space sufficiently, thereby increasing the yield of the artificial snow and preventing the melting of the artificial snow. A device for manufacturing artificial snow by using a cylindrical cooling case includes a cooling part(30), a driving part(50), and a cutting part(90). The cooling part has the cylindrical cooling case(31) formed of a closed top surface and an opened bottom part, a plurality of refrigerant pipes(33) mounted closely to an outer periphery of the cooling case, and a refrigerant circulating element(35) for supplying refrigerant to the refrigerant pipes. The driving part is horizontally and rotatively mounted in the cooling case, and has a rotation case(51) with a height similar to that of the cooling case and a driving element(55) for rotating the rotation case. The cutting part has a plurality of fixing rods(61) mounted to the outer periphery of the rotation case, and a plurality of nozzles(71) mounted to an inner periphery surface of the cooling case for spraying water. A water supply element(75) supplies water to the nozzles. A plurality of blades(81) are mounted at front ends of the fixing rods for slicing ice formed on the inner periphery of the cooling case.
