SILICA AND SILANE COUPLING REINFORCED SILICA TREAD COMPOUND

Provided is a silica rubber composition reinforced by silica and a silane coupling agent which uses 3-octanoylthio-1-propyltriethoxy silane as the silane coupling agent, therefore it lowers viscosity of the rubber composition to reduce a shrinking rate in extrusion. In the silica rubber composition using solution composite styrene-butadiene rubber or composite rubber of solution composite styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber as raw materials, the silica rubber composition reinforced by the silica and the silane coupling agent comprises the components of: by 100wt% of the raw materials, 40-90wt% of sinking silica with 130-200m^2/g in BET value; and by the weight of the silica, 4-11wt% of the silane coupling agent.
