A suction cover mounting structure of an air conditioner-combined humidifier is provided to simplify attachment or detachment of a suction cover with respect to the humidifier by insertion or withdrawing protrusions into or from grooves respectively formed at complementary positions of the suction cover and the humidifier. A suction cover mounting structure of an air conditioner-combined humidifier includes a suction cover(440) mounted to a main body(100) with a distance from a rear surface of a main body. The suction cover is fixed to the main body by upper and lower end fixing elements. The lower end fixing elements are to be insertion grooves(441) of the rear surface of the main body, and holding pieces(445) formed at a lower end of the suction cover to be suspended in the insertion grooves. The upper fixing elements are to be protrusion receiving parts(442) formed at an upper part of the main body and mounting protrusions(445) formed at both sides of the suction cover. The protrusion receiving parts are formed with elastic protrusions(442') to be elastically inserted into mounting grooves(446') of the mounting protrusions.
