FILTER WITHIN LOW TEMPERATURE CO-FIRED CERAMIC

An LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) built-in filter is provided to improve performance by tuning frequency performance without influencing on property of the LTCC built-in filter through a plurality of via added thereto. A first resonator(400) includes a plurality of vias which change a connecting position of an input terminal. A second resonator(410) receives a signal transmitted from the first resonator(400) through coupling. A third resonator(420) receives a signal transmitted from the second resonator(410) through coupling and includes a plurality of vias which change a connecting position of an output terminal. The first resonator(400) is provided with an input terminal connector for connecting the input terminal. The third resonator(420) is provided with an output terminal connector for connecting the output terminal.
