A thermal bonding apparatus of a synthetic resin zipper in a corner opening zipper packing container is provided to open or seal a corner of the packing container by automatically supplying and bonding the synthetic resin zipper to the corner of the packing container, and to cut down manufacturing cost by increasing productivity. A thermal bonding apparatus comprises a zipper blade guide plate(3) installed horizontally and inclined against transfer direction of raw material to guide a synthetic resin zipper, a thermal bonding support plate placed horizontally to the zipper blade guide plate and inserted between upper and lower raw materials to isolate upper and lower thermal bonding blades of the synthetic resin zipper, a power unit(4) installed in an inlet of the zipper blade guide plate, a zipper transfer unit(5) transferring the synthetic resin zipper from the zipper blade guide plate to the raw material by receiving power from the power unit, a rotating unit(6) opposed to the zipper transfer unit to reciprocate the zipper transfer guide plate back and forth, a thermal bonding unit(7) bonding the upper and lower thermal bonding blades of the synthetic resin zipper to the upper and lower raw materials by heat, and a zipper cutting unit(8) placed between the zipper transfer unit and the thermal bonding unit and inserted between the upper and lower raw materials to separate a thermal bonded portion.
