A cargo screen of a vehicle is provided to actuate the cargo screen, and to prevent seat pollution from a stopper by forming a buffer member in a contact portion of a body part in the stopper of the cargo screen. A cargo screen is composed of a roll elastically winding a screen, a stopper(300) formed at a side of the screen, and a body part fixed to a vehicle room to contain the roll. The screen is wound to the body part in the stopper, and a buffer member(310) is formed in a side of the stopper contacted to the body part. The stopper is composed of a synthetic resin fixing part(320) fastening the side of the screen, the buffer member formed to the fixing part and made of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), and a fitting part(330) contacted to a reclining seat and placed at the other side of the fixing part to support or fix the buffer member to the seat.
