A suspension for a vehicle with variable torsion rigidity is provided to restrict rolling of the vehicle during traveling by adjusting the torsion rigidity of the axle corresponding to load or road condition, and to reduce development cost by freely setting torsion rigidity in tuning the rolling characteristic of the axle. A suspension of a vehicle comprises a couple of trailing arms(10) installed longitudinally at both sides of a vehicle body, a couple of torsion bars(12) fixed to the left and right trailing arms and arranged along the breadth of the vehicle body for the opposed trailing arms, a rolling characteristic adjusting unit(14) adjusting the rolling characteristic of the vehicle by varying the fixing position of the torsion bar, and a control unit regulating the torsion rigidity of the rolling characteristic adjusting unit according to change of the pose in rolling the vehicle.
