An electronic synchronous manual transmission is provided to improve shift quality by regulating rpm of an input shaft with a motor in shifting a gear, and to reduce the size and the weight of the transmission by reducing the number of parts. An electronic synchronous manual transmission is composed of an input shaft(51) and an output shaft(52) arranged in a line to transmit rotational force from a clutch to a propeller shaft, a shift gear(53) directly connected to the input shaft and the output shaft and engaged at the differential gear ratio to generate shifting force, a clutch unit(60) formed between the shift gears to directly connect the shift gear to the input shaft or the output shaft in shifting the gears by a driver, and a synchronizing unit combining the clutch unit with the shift gear in shifting the gears by a synchronous motor(71) to change the rotational speed of the input shaft.
