A method for controlling air supply/exhaust flow rate of a ventilation system is provided to change an rpm of a blower fan to change a flow rate of fresh air supply, thereby improving the mixing efficiency between the fresh air and existing room air. In a method for controlling air supply/exhaust flow rate of a ventilation system, an air supply flow rate for supplying fresh air into a room is larger than an air exhaust flow rate for exhausting room air to the outside, wherein the air supply flow rate is variable according to time by controlling an rpm of a blower fan. By changing the air supply flow rate by increasing the rpm of the blower fan to a middle stage(S2;2000rpm) or high stage(S3;3000rpm), the fresh air blown into a room has strong or weak flow, thereby mixing with the room air better.
