PURPOSE: A road boundary block and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to solidly and easily manufacture the block, with which various colors and all sorts of designs are connected, to prevent the tile, bonded on the block from being damaged when the latter is transported or installed. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a road boundary block includes steps of: setting a mold(1) on the high-speed vibrator; forming a projection portion(11) on one side of the mold(1) so as to form a hanging projection; spreading a rubber plate(2) with tile-aligning convex portions(21) on the bottom surface of the mold(1); inserting tiles(3), designed in various shapes, between the tile-aligning convex portions(21); inputting a cement mortar into the mold(1); vibrating and forming the input cement mortar in the mold(1) solidly; and transporting the formed road boundary block together with the mold(1) into a steam curing room and drying it; so that the rubber plate(2), tiles(3) and cement mortar are cured as an one body and then form the road boundary block. |
