<p>A solid-state image pick-up apparatus is provided reduce power consumption, a noise and unnecessary radiation and obtain an output of a high speed. A pixel area(10) includes an electric charge generation part for generating an electric charge signal and outputs an analog pixel signal corresponding to the electric charge signal generated by the electric charge generation part. An A/D(Analog to Digital) conversion part converts the analog pixel signal outputted from the pixel area into pixel data as digital data. A high-speed clock generation part generates a high-speed clock signal as a pulse signal having a higher frequency than a basic clock signal, which is a basic pulse signal corresponding to a drive pulse for driving the pixel area. A data output part outputs predetermined output data to the outside based on the pixel data which is converted into the digital data by the A/D conversion part according to the high-speed clock signal generated by the high-speed clock generation part.</p> |
