SUNVISOR ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE FOR REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PARTS AND PREVENTING A FILLER FROM BEING INSERTED INTO A BRACKET FITTED WITH A HINGE SHAFT TO ROTATE BY USING AN ELASTIC CLIP

PURPOSE: A sunvisor assembly of a vehicle is provided to have no effect on rotary power of a bracket and a hinge shaft by preventing a filler from being inserted into the bracket by closing a through-hole of the bracket with an elastic clip and to improve assembly efficiency by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A sunvisor assembly of a vehicle is composed of a hinge shaft(120) comprising a vertical portion(122) attached movably to the ceiling of the vehicle and a horizontal portion(124) inserted into a sunvisor; a bracket(140) fitted with the hinge shaft and combined with a frame(150) forming the structure of the sunvisor; and an elastic clip(160) joined to the bracket to fix the horizontal portion of the hinge shaft. The elastic clip has a fixing sill(162) and the bracket has a combining groove(144). When the elastic clip is inserted into the bracket, the fixing sill is fitted to the combining groove to fasten the elastic clip. The elastic clip has a projection unit(164) formed in the center to pressurize the horizontal portion of the hinge shaft by elastic force. A recessed groove(126) to which the projection unit is inserted is formed on the horizontal portion of the hinge shaft to prevent the hinge shaft from being separated from the elastic clip.
