PURPOSE: A biochip capable of quantity measurement of a recombinant protein and an apparatus for measurement of the recombinant protein including the same biochip are provided, thereby analyzing the expression of a large quantity of recombinant proteins simultaneously, and reducing the measuring amount of a sample to be analyzed. CONSTITUTION: The biochip capable of quantity measurement of a recombinant protein comprises (i) the affinity sensor surface consisting of a two-dimensionally arrayed microarray which selectively binds to the recombinant protein; and (ii) an image sensor which is bound to the sensor surface, and measures the expression of the recombinant protein without labelling with high speed, wherein the recombinant protein is an amino acid, peptide or protein-bound fusion protein containing histidin tag, MBP(maltose binding protein) or GST(glutathione-S-transferase); the affinity sensor surface fixes IDA, cyclodextrin or glutathione; the image sensor is a SPR image sensor; and the SPR image sensor comprises a metal thin film. The apparatus for measurement of the recombinant protein comprises (i) the biochip; (ii) a light emitting portion for irradiating a light to a glass substrate(21) through a dielectric medium(10) in order to excite plasmon on the surface of the metal thin film(22) to make a resonance; and (iii) a photodetector(40) which measures the light intensity reflected from the glass substrate, wherein the light emitting portion comprises single color laser, light emitting diode or multiple wavelength of white light source; and the photodetector(40) comprises CCD(charge coupled device) and camera.
