PURPOSE: An installation structure of a sensor assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve workability and working speed by installing a speed meter sleeve into a transmission housing. CONSTITUTION: A lower end of a speed meter sleeve(40) is inserted into an assembling hole(1a) formed in a transmission housing(1) together with an oil seal(21) in such a manner that the lower end of the speed meter sleeve(40) is locked with a locking protrusion(1c) formed in the assembling hole(1a). A lower end of a speed sensor(50) is inserted into a head section(41) of the speed meter sleeve(40) protruding from the transmission housing(1). When the speed sensor(50) is assembled, a flange(51) formed in the speed sensor(50) is overlapped with a bolt hole(1b) formed in the transmission housing(1).
