摘要 PURPOSE: A gas economizer is provided to prolong the combustion time by expanding and vaporizing fully the imperfect gas by bumping expanding balls against each other and to prevent black smoke and an offensive odor caused by incomplete combustion. CONSTITUTION: An inlet unit(10) has a joint nut(N) formed at one side to combine with a connection pipe(P) for injecting gas to each container and threads(S1) and a hanging sill(12) integrated at the inner periphery of the other side. A first hanging mesh(20) placed on the hanging sill formed inside the inlet unit prevents expanding balls(50) from being separated and has plural through-holes(22) for easily flowing in the gas. A cylindrical body(30) of which upper and lower sides are opened has threads(S2,S3) integrated at both outer peripheries to combine with the threads of the inlet unit. Plural expanding balls are charged and embedded in the body and collided with each other by pressure of the gas to generate heat, thermally expand the gas, and decompose the foreign materials. A turbulence member(40) installed integrally to the inner lower side of the body has plural turbulence holes(42) for generating turbulence by passing the expanded gas by the pressure. A discharge unit(60) comprises a hanging sill(62) and threads(S4) formed at the inner periphery and a joint nut(N') disposed at the other side and joined with a connection pipe(P') to exhaust the gas. The threads of the discharge unit are combined with the threads formed in the lower end of the body. A second hanging mesh(70) is settled to the hanging sill of the discharge unit to prevent expanding balls embedded in a space between the discharge unit and the turbulence member and a non-metallic coil(52) from being separated. A heat insulation unit(80) keeps proper temperature for improving expandability after combining integrally the inlet unit, the body, and the discharge unit.
