PURPOSE: To provide a firing furnace for pottery capable of dropping temperature of the exhaust gas to utilize waste heat contained in exhaust gas of the firing furnace and using the exhaust gas of the firing furnace to prevent cooling of LPG gas storage container. CONSTITUTION: In a firing furnace for pottery comprising a furnace body of which inner wall is formed thick using a heat insulating material, a gas burner formed by penetrating a lower part of one side of the furnace body, a blower for supplying combustion air into the gas burner, a gas fuel storage container for supplying fuel into the gas burner, and a chimney that is an exhaust gas outlet, the firing furnace for pottery is characterized in that the furnace body comprises a door and an inner space, the inner space is equipped with a firing part(12) in which a pottery stacking stand is installed and an exhaust gas collection part(13) installed above the firing part as a space smaller than the inner space, a venturi type chimney(50) is formed above the exhaust gas collection part in such a way that the chimney is connected with the exhaust gas collection part, an air circulation pipeline(30P) is connected to a blower so that air is supplied through the air circulation pipeline, passes through the exhaust gas collection part formed at the upper side of the furnace body and is bent downward in the vicinity of the side surface of the furnace body so that a free end part of the air circulation pipeline is positioned at the upper side of a LPG gas storage container(40), a cooling air nozzle(CN) directed to the chimney is formed on the pipe as a pipe is branched off from a part of the air circulation pipeline which passes through the exhaust gas collection part, and a heating air nozzle(HN) is formed on the free end part of the air circulation pipeline passing through the exhaust gas collection part.
