PURPOSE: A chromic fluorescent accessory and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give effects of provoking attention and interest by users due to change in color according to environmental change. CONSTITUTION: The chromic fluorescent accessory is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of; (a) admixing 0.1-20 parts by weight of a thermosensitive pigment and/or 0.1-2 parts by weight of a photosensitive pigment, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a fluorescent pigment to 1000 parts by weight of one resin selected from a PVC resin, an ABS resin and an acrylic resin, (b) mixing the above materials in a coloring machine, (c) drying the mixed materials at a temperature of from 80 to 120 deg.C and under an atmospheric pressure, and (d) injection molding the dried materials at a temperature of from 150 to 250 deg.C and under a pressure of from 50 to 110 Ton.
