PURPOSE: A washstand with towel holder is provided to conveniently install the towel holder through simple nut coupling without separate tools, thereby reducing time and cost for installation. CONSTITUTION: The washstand(6) includes a towel holder. Long holes(8) are previously formed at both sides of the bottom of an edge portion(7) of the washstand. A stationary plate(10) sized to cover the long holes is installed to an upper portion of a supporting rod(3) for supporting a towel holding rod(1). A screw hole(11) is formed to the stationary plate. A bolt(20) with an angled head(21) is inserted into the screw hole so that when turning out a direction, the bolt is supported by an inner surface of an edge bottom(9). When the nut is fastened from the bottom side of the stationary plate, the stationary plate is fixedly coupled to the bottom of the edge portion.
