PURPOSE: A composition having nicotine and dioxin detoxification effect comprising medicinal herb extracts is provided, which composition safely removes or alleviates toxicity of nicotine and dioxin from the human body without side effects. CONSTITUTION: The composition having nicotine and dioxin detoxification effect comprises 1 to 20 wt.% of Glycine max (L.) Merr.(black bean) extract, 5 to 30 wt.% of Taraxacum Platycarpum H. dahlst extract and 5 to 30 wt.% of Lonicera japonica THUNB. extract, wherein the medicinal herb extract are prepared by using ethanol. The composition having nicotine and dioxin detoxification effect comprises 1 to 20 parts by weight of Glycine max (L.) Merr.(black bean) extract, 5 to 30 parts by weight of Taraxacum Platycarpum H. dahlst extract, 5 to 30 parts by weight of Lonicera japonica THUNB. extract, 10 to 50 parts by weight of Saururas chinensis Baill, 5 to 30 parts by weight of Cassia tora L. and 1 to 20 parts by weight of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer.
