PURPOSE: A multimedia message service system and a recording medium storing computer-readable program therefor are provided to enable retransmission and repayment of MMS(Multimedia Message Service) contents by maintaining uniqueness of content IDs and inserting payment information into CP(Contents Provider) contents. CONSTITUTION: Contents classification information in content ID(Identification) of an MMS content to be retransmitted is used to classify the contents into self contents or CP(Contents Provider) contents. A repayment is selectively announced according to retransmission information and payment information included in content ID of CP content. When the retransmission request is acknowledged after the announcement of the repayment, the corresponding MMS contents are transmitted to a mobile station(100,106).
