摘要 PURPOSE: A method of making table salt containing garlic components by adding garlic to drinking water containing silver ions and brine is provided. It removes the garlic aroma by salt and avoids agglomerating properties of salt by hygroscopicity and difficult drying problems. CONSTITUTION: The table salt containing garlic components is prepared by mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of garlic with 100 parts by weight of table salt contained in a mixture of brine-silver ions at 100 to 120deg.C. The mixture of brine-silver ions contains 30 to 50% by weight of drinking water and 6 to 10ppm brine. For an example, 100kg brine containing 20% by weight of table salt is mixed with 3kg drinking water containing 8ppm silver ions and heated at 110deg.C. Then 400g garlic is added thereto and agitated at 50rpm.
