PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case in which electric equipment having an ensured strength is housed. SOLUTION: The case 10 has side walls 1 to 4, a bottom plate 5 and boss seats 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 8A and 8B. The boss seats 5A, 6A, 7A and 8A are installed on the side wall 2, and the boss seats 5B, 6B, 7B and 8B are mounted on the side wall 4. Each of the boss seats 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 8A and 8B is composed of a plurality of curved sections curved in a projecting shape in the direction towards internal surfaces from the external surfaces of the case 10.
