PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp for a heater hardly generating ultraviolet rays and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A sealing part 36 is formed in such a state that a plate-state terminal 35 connected to a heating element 32 is pinched at both end parts of a transparent glass tube 31 into which the heating element 32 is inserted, and furthermore a colored transparent heat resistant layer 33 is formed on the surface of the glass tube of the lamp for heater becoming 1,000 to 1,700 (K) in temperature. The heat resistant layer 33 is formed by making the heating element 32 irradiate heat after applying a coating solution containing a solvent, acid, and metal oxide on the surface of the transparent glass tube 31.
