PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device capable of being loaded on a very small electronic apparatus and capable of various kinds of operations. SOLUTION: A film-like reinforcement member 4 made of PET etc. is fixed to a rear face of an elastic member 2 made of silicone rubber and fixed on a membrane sheet 20. A resin layer with low frictional resistance is formed on a surface of the elastic member 2. Projections 5a-5e are formed in the reinforcement member 4 so that each projection 5a-5e is located right above each contact 20A-20E formed on the membrane sheet 20. When the right above of the contact 20C is pressed, the elastic member 2 and the reinforcement member 4 are partially deformed to switch the contact 20C to an input state.
