ELECTRICAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF THREE DIMENSIONAL BODY AND INTEGRATED BODY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to connect electrically a plurality of three dimensional bodies each other easily for sure and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A connection structure is provided which connects with the connection surface of the three dimensional body 10 in an opposite state. A strain gage 30 and a wiring pattern 40 which is connected electrically are formed at a functional element formation surface 22 on the three dimensional body 10. The wiring pattern 40 is introduced to a ridge line 21 which is formed by the functional element forming surface 22 and a wiring surface 23 as the connection surface having an adjoining relation, to form a first land 42. A second land 43 which extends with a predetermined dimension from the ridge line 21 is formed at a position corresponding to the first land 42 of the wiring surface 23. A cross linkage is performed on a conductive connection pad 50 which demonstrates a connection property by being pressurized mutually, when both lands 42, 43 are a connected state over the first and second lands 42, 43.
