PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the fastening pressure of the conventional joint rivet is not constant and, therefore, makes it hard to secure the fastening force at a specified value, a worker sometimes forgets to fasten, and hard to stabilize the work. SOLUTION: The joining rivet is composed of a joint rivet body, which has a cylinder part and a head part and in which a fastening hole is formed at its center part, and a width extending member which is press-fitted to the fastening hole formed at the center part and enlarges the cylinder part.
