PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet setting structure which ensures the durability and the reliability of the waterproofness of a seal material over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet setting structure involves a waterproof sheet 2B covering a horizontal substrate and an erect substrate 4 erected from the horizontal substrate, a fixture 9 which pinches an upper end 8 of the waterproof sheet from an external surface side and fixes the same to the erect substrate, and a sealing material 10 which continuously seals a gap between the upper end and the erect substrate. The waterproof sheet setting structure is comprised of a non-translucent cover member 12 which continuously covers an exposes surface 11 of the sealing material, and a mounting portion 13 which can mount the cover member on the fixture, whereby the cover member mounted on the fixture via the mounting portion continuously covers the exposed surface of the sealing material.
