PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing finished ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) panels by which the finished ALC panels having uniform and beautiful finished surfaces and free from the generation of cracks when they are transported or used in construction can be produced in large quantities at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method for producing the finished ALC panel 5 comprises preparing the ALC panel 1 by forming groove parts 2 by subjecting the vicinity of the peripheral parts of the surface 1a to work of a groove shape, applying a mortar composition 3 on the whole surface of the surface 1a of the ALC panel, and after hardening the mortar composition 3, cutting edge parts 4 to be cut by cutting or grinding at the groove parts 2.
