PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device provided with a first paper delivery tray (a standard paper delivery tray) and a second paper delivery tray (an optional paper delivery tray) provided above it and provided with a relay conveyance function to a posttreatment device without putting both trays in a non-function condition. SOLUTION: The second paper delivery tray 10 is provided above the first paper delivery tray 6, and paper delivery means 8, 12 correspond to each tray individually. A relay conveyance means 18 for conveying a paper sheet to the posttreatment device 16 is provided on a lower face of the second paper delivery tray 10. The second paper delivery tray 10 and the relay conveyance means 18 are integrally constituted, and the second paper delivery tray 10 serves as a part of the relay conveyance means 18. The paper sheet coming out of the paper delivery means 8 is guided into the relay conveyance means 18 or the first paper delivery tray 6 by a conveyance passage change-over means 25.
